As part of the modification under Alternative 2, the waypoints for the 75 fm line at Cordell Bank would be expanded seaward to prevent the exposure of small areas with varying restrictions and create better alignment with the 75 fm depth contour (Table 5, Figure 14). Additionally, a waypoint for the 75 fm line (point 186) would be corrected to address a crossover of the 60 fm and 75 fm lines as described in Agenda Item F.4.a, Supplemental CDFW Report 2, March 2023. The seaward boundaries in areas to the north (off the coast of Washington; Figure 8) and south of that range in the Southern California Bight (Figure 13) would not change.”</span></p> |
